By sending the message after being given permission by the owner of the mobile, Bluetooth advertisement can directly address the user.
The equipment (WLP) is especially designed for this purpose. Depending on the type of the equipment it makes contact automatically and simultaneously on 28-56 parallel channels (depending on type) with the cell phones getting in its 100 m range, and sends the content according to the "capability" of the phone.
